Small low budget room .

Liked: Location, good WiFi and plenty of hot water
Disliked: Oleander hotel is a budget facility that looks better from the outside. No lobby and check in was a bit confusing since there are No numbers on key boxes in the hallway. There are 8 velvet pillows on the bed! Why? No coffee table Big stand alone mirror placed where night stand should and need to be. AC too loud, had to keep it off all night.Fan in the bathroom very loudCheep microfiber sheets that are very thin and look unwashedMold in the bathroom ceiling

Quaint and memorable stay that...

Liked: It was decorated and maintained in a clean, upbeat manner.
Disliked: The shower was extremely slow draining. There. Was about two inches of water accumulated on the shower floor while I was in there.

Left with refund due to mold smell

Liked: Air temp inside room was good. Location of hotel was good. Several other points were bad or terrible.
Disliked: Primary issue was the mold smell.
