A nice getaway but wouldn't...

Liked: Staff were really friendly. Dinner was of a great standard. Breakfast was great. Lovely little spa hotel which looks like it does some fab events over the year. Afternoon tea was cute.
Disliked: 'deluxe' room wasn't...well exactly 'deluxe'. Room was clean...but dated. Shower absolutely scalded us as it was stuck on the hottest setting! Fire alarm went off at one point! False alarm... which could potentially have been caused by our hot steamy shower!

I stayed here to attend...

Liked: I stayed here to attend a function at the hotel which is in the countryside. The staff were excellent, the public rooms ok, the breakfast was very good but the room was tired and not particularly good value for the price.

Disliked: The beds we’re terrible like sleeping on a trampoline for the money you pay I ecspect a lot better

Liked: We stay here many times it is all good.
Disliked: The expectations of other guests and how rude they are to staff. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. When we stayed they had a wedding on and two other functions as well as just the normal hotel guests and they were all briiliant.

Disliked: The car park and surrounding area seemed Untidy rubbish bags on the floor as bins over full
