Liked: Always the best breakfasts! fabulous home made and locally sourced breakfast that is second to none. Fantastic location right at the end of George street and the hostess is simply wonderful.

Great weekend stay in a...

Liked: Great little B&B right in the middle of Hastings Old Town. Close to all the places you want to see and experience and only a 15 min walk from Hastings Station. Rooms including bathroom are comfortable and clean, the breakfast was outstanding and the owners are lovely - nothing is too much trouble and they’re so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Will definitely return!

Liked: Great place for a short and long stay. Good location, close to pubs, shops and local attractions. Cozy clean room. Very comfortable bed. Large bathtub. Everything provided. Large TV. View from the window to the sea. Tracey very nice and helpful. Serves great delicious breakfasts. I recommend with all my heart.
Disliked: Stairs. If you have trouble walking, this may be a problem.

Liked: The croissant breakfast (my choice) was very nice and, seeing as I saw Graham bringing them back from the bakery, I had no quibble about their freshness.
Disliked: In spite of Tracey's detailed instructions, it is quite a fiddly place to find.
