Disliked: Rooms not great, mattress sloped on one side as so badly worn plus was too hard. Milk provided had gone off. Curtains stained, room not the cleanest.

Exceptional

Liked: amazing hotel with amazing staff fantastic location. Food was very good with nice size portions, breakfast was really tasty and prepared really well with plenty of choice. The bar staff were all fanstictic and were always looking who to serve next and always had a smile and a great attitude.
Disliked: there is nothing bad I can really say about the whole experience, everything was over and above the expectations we had before our arrival. some people may not like the lack of free parking but the car park is a 1 minute walk and only £9 for 24 hours so nothing compared to some places.

Loved it, really special place...

Liked: Lovely hotel with beautiful room and stunning view, and great included breakfasts. We’d love to come back.
Disliked: Not much! Parking has to be paid for which works out about £8 a day, but other than that, the place is superb

Liked: the room was beautifully decorated and very clean. the view of the beach was exceptional.
Disliked: that we only stayed the one night.

Liked: Fantastic location close to public car park which wasn’t too expensive. Breakfast was fantastic, staff friendly and helpful. Food excellent and decor was lovely - all decked out for Christmas. Room tea/coffee utilities were plentiful. Venue is better than it looks on the online photos. Close to Land’s End and The Minack Theatre.
Disliked: My mattress was a little too firm for my liking, but obviously that’s all down to personal preference.
