Liked: Service from reception, room , to bar then restaurant all excellent and we would definitely stay there again.
Disliked: The water temperature in the shower in our room was rather tepid (not hot) and as soon as we reported it the situation was resolved. Parking was a little challenged being a short walk way but the location was right on the waterfront/quayside.Well done team.

Liked: The finest waterside view you can imagine from the room . Friendly , helpful, thoughtful staff made this stay unforgettable.We were working -so had to check oy early but will return!

Liked: Well appointed room. Free upgrade to partial water view. Food in the restaurant was delicious.
Disliked: Lots of stairs and no lift. 2 out of 3 of the bathroom bottles were empty. Service of breakfast on Saturday was slow and a bit disorganised.

Liked: We received an free upgrade. The room was bright and the bed very big and comfortable.The toiletries were great.
