Liked: Could park outside the door. It was very clean.
Disliked: It was very cold as the floors were tiled. The cars driving in on the gravel kept us awake and the noise from people in hot tub was loud.

Liked: The towels were big and clean. The room was very clean apart from some mould in the shower
Disliked: Access to the property is blocked off so you have to squeeze your vehicle through numerous bollards. The room was very cold. The radiators were just warm..and couldn't adjust them. No toilet roll holder. Air freshners here n there. Shower was very powerfull...too powerful for the enclosure which leaked all over the floor. Pillows were hard and lumpy. A very basic no frills room. The worst thing was the bright green emergency exit light which illuminated the whole room. So no sleep. No shower. No facilities. And getting to and from the property...all made for a poor stay.

Great location and a lovely...

Liked: The location was nice and quiet, and indeed, it is an excellent place if you want to do deep work without disturbance. Location was good as well, because within a 7 minute drive you could reach to the iconic Yarm High Street.

Very pleasant.

Liked: The room was large, nicely decorated and very clean. Good communication made getting keys easy. Nice to have a pub with live music nearby.
Disliked: Radiator didn’t seem to work.
