Comfortable, relaxing historic building with...

Liked: We ate at the Bistro and enjoyed a top notch meal with excellent engaged service. All the staff were genuinely friendly and approachable. Breakfast was one of the best ever! Little touches in the room were so thoughtful and welcoming. Beautiful building, garden and setting and a fantastic walk to Padstow starts right opposite the Mill.
Disliked: Cannot think of anything.

A Real Gem just outside...

Liked: Wow- just WOW! The Old Mill House is a real family run B&B and Bistro in the true sense of the term "family run". The B&B is operated by Debbie and Ashley, who are so on the ball - friendly and welcoming, and nothing is too much trouble. Fabulous rooms, beautifully decorated, and lovely comfortable beds. There is a lovely garden area to sit and wind down with a book, a drink - or both, or just to sit and relax. The peaceful sound of water in the creek rolling slowly by is so relaxing to be quite soporific. The Mill House is spotlessly clean, as are the rooms. Good choices of breakfast are available, and all is freshly cooked. The Bistro is run by their son, Adam, and his wife.Lesley, and the food and service is first class. We had a lovely few days' break for my wife's birthday, and they all made us so welcome. I can't praise the Old Mill House highly enough. Definitely recommended.

Liked: The hosts were perfect and very helpful, evening meals were very good as were the breakfasts, would definitely recommend and visit when in Cornwall

Perfect location in a wonderful...

Liked: The breakfast is amazing. Dont plan a walk after as you will not be able to move. The room was wonderful and the old mill wheel was outside the window, when it started to turn you could almost imagine how the building was when it was still an operational mill.
