Very Well positioned central Keynsham...

Liked: Excellent evening Meal and Service - Better than normal . Breakfast very cook too. It would appear they have a real Chef preparing their Food
Disliked: Our room was over the Kitchen and the smells and noise of Extractor fans were not very nice - room 6 . The room was quite small and nowhere to hang up stuff , a few wall hooks would have made it easier

Liked: Breakfast was lovely.
Disliked: Small room. Set up for a single. Went downstairs at 8pm and everything was closed and locked up and lights out. Called the hotel and they said there would be no one there until the morning so only one towel. Very odd.

Liked: The staff were lovely, Sarer, chef Mike and Grace couldn't have done more for us.
Disliked: Nothing we didn't know about from the description.

Perfect location for visiting Bath...

Liked: Breakfast was very good and included in the price of the stay.Bed was comfortable and rooms were quiet.All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, couldn't fault them.Food at the restaurant was good and arrived quickly.The hotel (as it states) is an old building with all the charms and quirks that come with an old building, so dont expect everything to be perfect.
Disliked: Parking at the hotel is limited. And by limited i mean there are approx 6 spaces. I was lucky to get one of the spaces at the rear of the property so had no issues, it felt safe and secure. But if arriving with a larger group or later in the day you might not be so lucky. We did not have to investigate parking elsewhere near by, but if thats important to you worth checking.

A good place to stay...

Liked: service for meals was good. Food was limited but good. Room okay but very dated. Bed pretty comfortable.
Disliked: Updating of bedrooms.

Excellent staff… especially the blond...

Liked: The property is 400 years old and it has been kept that way. It’s amazing, exceptionally clean. Rooms lovely and warm when we arrived with lovely endless hot water for a bath
Disliked: With the age of the property I would expect a little draft at the window but pulling the blind solved that

Friendly convenient hotel

Liked: Location is convenient for access to Bristol and Bath (assuming the trains are working). The staff were polite and friendly. The breakfast is freshly cooked to order and there are good options for that part of the menu
Disliked: Although oranges, grapes and apples were available for breakfast a fruit salad would have been nice (it was on the menu). Or perhaps a yogurt (for the lighter eaters).
