Liked: Amazing accommodation. Felt special.
Disliked: Paid for breakfast included. Breakfast was supposed to be from 8am but no one there. Not open. Left without breakfast that we paid for.

Liked: Great big room, great staff and very friendly. Very safe with a gated area and locked at night with security on patrol. Enjoyed my stay and would very much stay again.
Disliked: Didnt like the breakfast arrangement. Would expect a cooked breakfast rather than a panini from the onsite cafe. only thing that let it down really. The bedroom carpet was light and probably needed a clean but thats me being really picky. Wasn't terrible but for a high end property it should be.

Liked: The arrival into the Hotel reception set the stage for the rest of the stay, warm, inviting, and an exceptional welcome from Katy and the cleanliness of the hotel

Liked: Everything was perfect, the location ideal, we had a fabulous clean room and the staff excellent. Taz and her team were very professional and helpful she made our stay so enjoyable. Would definately return
