Liked: staff was very helpful as the kitchen was closed due to a menu update, however they provided me with all the options available for an evening meal
Disliked: due to my health condition the room did not get a warm and cosy as I like, I like to be warm so that I can relax

Liked: Beautiful pub downstairs for dinner/drinks/breakfast, wonderful and attentive staff. Spoilt for choice for breakfast with amazing offerings, prepared on order. Dinner also marvellous. Room not anything special, but covered all the bases, spacious and spotless.
Disliked: A little out of the way, 5 min drive to city centre. Might suit you f you prefer to leave car at hotel and venture on foot or on public transport. Some road noise at front-facing rooms - did not bother us at all, sth to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper and plan to sleep in.

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The free parking was appreciated and the park and ride into Canterbury was right next to the accommodation. Nice body wash and hand wash in the shower room.
