Disliked: The sound proofing in the new build accommodation wasn't so good. Could hear people in other rooms talking.

Lovely quirky hotel with great...

Liked: Bedroom was lovely and modern/ chic with amazing view of river. Hotel veryquirky mix of old traditional downstairs and ultra modern upstairs. Breakfast was very good as was evening meal.
Disliked: Parking was seriously stressy in small carpark as other users were not very considerate in their parking. Not ideal trying to get your car in very tight awkward space in rain. Hotel is advertised as dog friendly which I have no problem with but felt some people took it to extremes. Not sure if a very large dog should be sitting up at a table like a human being eating from said table and trying to move carefully with hot coffee and get your own breakfast while stepping over several large dogs lying across floor. Its a fab hotel but maybe a bit too dog friendly for us.

Overall it was really good

Liked: The rooms were comfortable and clean. I went there for a wedding and it was a great location overall. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.
Disliked: Parking is very awkward

Disliked: Parking was a little tricky the hill is steep and the pub car park is small. But it’s Cornish fishing village on the side of a hill so couldn’t have asked for any different. Glad my husband was driving!
