Liked: the locationwas central wich suited our needs it was clean staff very polite and friendly rooms were clean and tidy overall great experience
Disliked: could do to put price for dogs on website as we werehit with a £60 chatge for our two dogs for the duration of our stay

Liked: Ideal centre of town location and bed was very comfortable and bed linen very clean and facilities matched the price. As a bed for the night with en-suite toilet and sink and basically nothing else it was decent value for money.
Disliked: Room was small, shower being hot was intermittent at best. I could not use it and room finishes were old with pactches on wall where plaster had been repaired. Front desk was almost never staffed. I had to call a mobile number to get domeone to come back to hotel so I could check in. Also, no food facilities at all snd kettle in room was defective and did not cut out. Also, virtually zero disabled facilities.

Liked: Bed was so uncomfortable it would snapped your body in half. Toilet pan was mes still on it. Said online pets stay free no extra charge but was charged 10 pound on arrival. Holes in the wall. No hot water. Smelly carpets in toilet. Place was deserted like a ghost town

Disliked: Very tired looking rooms. Very noisy floor boards right outside my room which everybody else staying in the hotel had to step on to get to their rooms.As a female alone I felt very uncomfortable in my room everybody time someone passed my room. Doors to room don’t fit well and let in a lot of noise and light. Because of flooring outside my room9 I was woken every time someone passed by and this was till late at night and started again very early6 ish in morning . Not very relaxing. Wi-Fi didn’t work either. Bed was uncomfortable and hard. The pillow consisted of two flat pillows in one pillowcase. On a plus side room was very clean
