Liked: The staff are highly professional, kind and helpful. We were offered a choice of rooms which was difficult to make because they were all so good. The hotel itself is well decorated and extremely well appointed. All in all it was a great experience.
Disliked: The room prices are quite high, but Oxford is generally expensive and it is not unreasonable for a property of this standard to ask higher prices than others. Of course we would have liked to pay less, but we're happy to accept the reality under the circumstances. It felt like money well spent.

Liked: Beautiful room with a lovely view. it was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfortable.
Disliked: I would have like the shower to be a little more powerful but this is just nitpicking really!
