Lovely location , Excellent Customer...

Liked: We had driven a long way in a major storm and when we arrived, we noticed a couple of things in our room which had been overlooked by the Housekeeping staff. The Manager, Muizz, Immediately transferred us to a different and far superior room where we were able to rest comfortably and our stay became so much better. He was EXTREMELY apologetic for the original oversights and again the following morning - when we discovered we had possibly left an item in the original room, he rushed to help locate it. All in all, the customer service at Oceanside was exceptional and it was a pleasure to stay at the Hotel

Liked: - Staff was very friendly- check in & check out fast- King beds super comfortable- Bathroom updated and beautiful; with a rain shower and heated mirror- we had a second floor room, so no one above us- 2 king room spacious enough for a family as it has a bedroom- the restaurant below is very good. Clean, tasty food, great staff.
Disliked: - the highway is between the hotel and the ocean. Not the hotel’s fault of course, but there’s quite a bit of traffic noise to be aware of- communal bbq for guests outside very smelly - kitchenette was outdated and only one stove ring worked
