This was a very nice hotel with helpful, friendly staff. Very close to wine tasting and our concert venue. We will be back!

Liked: Close proximity to all wine tasting and concert venue.
Disliked: I think the carpet needs to be changed or cleaned. Breakfast was the same all 3 days we were there - maybe some variety on what is offered in the way of eggs for example. Maybe have one day with omelettes and one day with Eggs Benedict etc.

We met Philip at the front desk when we checked in. He made sure the accommodation was what we needed for my 2 kids and myself. He was in the restaurant in the morning and personally brought a cup of hot chocolate for my kids and found us a table. We left our Ipad by accident and he called as soon as the maid service alerted him of our mistake. We were already on the road, so he is sending it to our home. First class all the way! Thank you everyone at the Oaks Hotel and Suites for making our stay fantastic!

We stayed here for one night to be within walking distance from the Mid-State Fair. We booked through Concerthotels.com which was a really easy booking system (better than Hotels.com or Expedia etc.). What a beautiful new hotel! Very close to the fairgrounds; sparkling clean bathrooms and bed linen; great breakfast buffet the following morning. All of us were impressed and have decided to make this our hotel for all future concert stays. It was $245 for a 2 Queen room on a Thursday night, so not the cheapest place, but only $15 more than the run down Best Western down the street. Definitely worth it, and always a better idea than driving home after a few blinky-cup-Long-Islands from the fair.

Liked: Clean and a good price but definitely run down rooms and bathroom needs complete overhaul. Breakfast was disappointing. But for a good night's sleep, it was fine.

Disappointing. Not good value for...

Liked: Not worth almost 250$ that we paid . Breakfast was disappointing- no fruit or yougurt . Sad looking scrambled eggs and potatoes which they did not refill in time. Overall I would say its was not good value for money . Location was next to some industrial buildings
