Not great.

Liked: Comfortable bed and good pillows.
Disliked: No hand towel and had to ask for a tea towel and face washer. No tea spoons, white sugar or sweetener. Only raw sugar which is not nice in tea. No mirror inside room only in bathroom. Not great pressure in shower and shower curtain rather than glass. TV remote wasn’t great had sticky tape over volume and channels. The ceiling fan was also noisy. Noise from road could be heard from 4.30am so difficult to sleep in morning. Had to park out back due to renovations and was blocked in by laundry collector on first morning.

Liked: Clean
Disliked: No contact with staff other than tosupply glasses. Entrance( although tempotary was disgraceful with huge potholes and mud. Very poor outside lighting. Many guests outside una ble to get in as no staff there.

Good stay, just mention up...

Liked: The stay was good for my work project.
Disliked: I didn't like that when I was picking up the room key that I had to pay a $100 deposit for the room. Also the system to refund the deposit took too long to process, needs to be fixed so in the future if any one pays a deposit it should be refunded at least 24 hours after check out.
