Once you check in, they really don't bother with your request. My kids got stuck in the elevator and no one came to their aid. I pressed the button until the door open. I asked the concierge where the stairs were and she was very vague about where they were.

Liked: Room very clean.
Disliked: Service.

We had a pleasant stay and will definitely book again when in town. Hotel is close to all the amenities and walking distance to Eaton Center. We came in for a concert and the whole experience was wonderful.

Really good place to stay; great location; value for money. Would definitely stay here when we visit Toronto next time and would recommend to friends and family too.
