Liked: Professional, courteous staff. Clean room, in fact, the entire building (at least those parts we were in) was clean and well maintained. Great location.

Liked: Very comfortable bed and room; nice place.
Disliked: Too much noise in the hall at night.

From the moment we arrived the customer service was great! The room was beautiful - had a view of the city that was great. I would recommend any and everybody stay here when in Philadelphia!

Beautiful room; great service; friendly staff; clean pool; easy access to Hard Rock Cafe and terminal market place. Walked to Liberty Bell, Independence Hall and Jewelers Row. Only drawback was the parking price and wait. Would refer to friends.

Liked: 1230, Lovely room. Very spacious, nice view, and very clean.
Disliked: I didn't have any complaints.

Disappointing

Liked: Amazing property in a great location. One reception staff was fab but unfortunately we had a v bad experience with overcharging and a toilet that leaked
Disliked: We never complain about anything usually but the attitude we were met with when we were overcharged (a double charge for 1 room) was so complacent and lack of empathy it was quite shocking . We have pending charges that we still have which were overcharged and it has caused a great deal of stress

Liked: Absolutely incredible hotel! Amazing location, beautiful rooms that are spacious, friendly and hospitable team. Wonderful stay!
Disliked: More light/illumination in the room would have been nice but this is very minor.

Pleasant hotel in an attractive...

Liked: Great location opposite City Hall and walking distance to many of the attractions. Rooms were attractive, comfortable and clean and the shower was hot and powerful.
Disliked: The ground floor public areas were a little bland and there was a very limited choice of eateries within the hotel, although there are multiple choices with a couple of minutes walk. Lack of the coffee shop being open throughout the daytime was disappointing and the bar area was not particularly comfortable or inviting to do more than grab a quick drink rather than relax for a while.
