Liked: Professional, courteous staff. Clean room, in fact, the entire building (at least those parts we were in) was clean and well maintained. Great location.

From the moment we arrived the customer service was great! The room was beautiful - had a view of the city that was great. I would recommend any and everybody stay here when in Philadelphia!

Beautiful room; great service; friendly staff; clean pool; easy access to Hard Rock Cafe and terminal market place. Walked to Liberty Bell, Independence Hall and Jewelers Row. Only drawback was the parking price and wait. Would refer to friends.

Pleasant hotel in an attractive...

Liked: Great location opposite City Hall and walking distance to many of the attractions. Rooms were attractive, comfortable and clean and the shower was hot and powerful.
Disliked: The ground floor public areas were a little bland and there was a very limited choice of eateries within the hotel, although there are multiple choices with a couple of minutes walk. Lack of the coffee shop being open throughout the daytime was disappointing and the bar area was not particularly comfortable or inviting to do more than grab a quick drink rather than relax for a while.

Perfect 3 day stay. Room...

Liked: The location was perfect. Our room overlooked the christmas market. Everything was close by, within walking distance. The staff gave us excellent restaurant suggestions.

Disappointing

Liked: The location, and being on the 15th floor.
Disliked: They charge you an extra “incidental fee” up front, claim that it will be reimbursed, but actually lower it by a couple dollars and still charge you, even if you left your hotel room in pristine condition.

Prime location and great service!!

Liked: location was on the 3rd floor, room 316. Overlooking the parking lot, but very quiet. Location is PRIME! Near everything! The staff is amazing and I love that the last 2 times I've stayed, I arrived early, and I was always able to get an early check-in! This is HUGE!!! Front desk staff is AWESOME as is the valet!
Disliked: coffee bar should be open for longer hours. I went to get a coffee on Saturday at 12noon and it was closed. I have to leave the hotel to go to the Starbucks.

It was a very enjoyable...
