Liked: Professional, courteous staff. Clean room, in fact, the entire building (at least those parts we were in) was clean and well maintained. Great location.

From the moment we arrived the customer service was great! The room was beautiful - had a view of the city that was great. I would recommend any and everybody stay here when in Philadelphia!

Beautiful room; great service; friendly staff; clean pool; easy access to Hard Rock Cafe and terminal market place. Walked to Liberty Bell, Independence Hall and Jewelers Row. Only drawback was the parking price and wait. Would refer to friends.

Disliked: The coupons for free "sangria" are silly. There is no sangria... what they served (soda water with peach schnapps and a slice of orange) was just gross! It is not the value add they think it is!

Liked: Our breakfast dining experience in the hotel restaurant was great! Our waiter Clint was very attentive and courteous.Checking in was efficient and Dorian, who helped us to our room (513) with our bags was AMAZING!!!Your staff is wonderful! Thanks. E.M.
Disliked: On Saturday night the bar was overcrowded with 1 bartender only, so we could not get our 2 Sangria's that we received chips for. We waited for 20 minutes but we were never served. So we didn't get to use our drink chips.
