Liked: Professional, courteous staff. Clean room, in fact, the entire building (at least those parts we were in) was clean and well maintained. Great location.

From the moment we arrived the customer service was great! The room was beautiful - had a view of the city that was great. I would recommend any and everybody stay here when in Philadelphia!

Beautiful room; great service; friendly staff; clean pool; easy access to Hard Rock Cafe and terminal market place. Walked to Liberty Bell, Independence Hall and Jewelers Row. Only drawback was the parking price and wait. Would refer to friends.

Prime location and great service!!

Liked: location was on the 3rd floor, room 316. Overlooking the parking lot, but very quiet. Location is PRIME! Near everything! The staff is amazing and I love that the last 2 times I've stayed, I arrived early, and I was always able to get an early check-in! This is HUGE!!! Front desk staff is AWESOME as is the valet!
Disliked: coffee bar should be open for longer hours. I went to get a coffee on Saturday at 12noon and it was closed. I have to leave the hotel to go to the Starbucks.

Liked: Great location, room was very clean and comfortable and had a great view of city hall
Disliked: Valet is 70 dollars a day that’s including tax and it is a DISASTER! It took an hour and 13 minutes to get the car. Mind you we stayed two days so $140 bucks, a little outrageous for such a bad experience.

Liked: Public spaces, rooms very nicely appointed. Decor was interesting and the holiday decorations made it very festive. The breakfast bar had great choices and the wait staff were very pleasant. The location was central to much of what we wanted to see and we could walk within 15 minutes to major museums and to our choice of restaurants. Great to be really able to control the temperature in the room. Maybe it was my Bonvoy status, but a nice touch to have the robes and slippers provided.
Disliked: Not enough towel racks in the bathroom.The toilet seat was crooked, a little unsafe for trips in the middle of the nightThe foam beds are way too hot to provide a good night's sleep. We had to sleep on top of the coverlet so as not to melt.

Overpriced for the location

Disliked: Overpriced, very basic room and bathroom, particularly bathroom, broken coffee maker, breakfast not included unless you pay extra, wifi in the room is $12 per day., the area around not safe at night. I was robbed right in front of this hotel.
