A warm welcome and lovely...

Liked: The Norway Inn was a lovely place to stay whilst visiting family over Christmas. The staff gave a lovely warm welcome and were - without exception - friendly and helpful. The room was wonderfully comfortable (with no noise from the road thanks to the double glazing) and exceptionally clean. We enjoyed every breakfast and a couple of evening meals we had there too. Thanks to everyone - we hope to be back again.

Worst nights sleep I have...

Liked: Breakfast was ok but small, was ok for me or a child, not an adult size full breakfast, my husband was left hungry..
Disliked: The bed was very hard, my wife only slept for one hour and that was only because I doubled up the duvet and she slept on top of it as the mattress was so hard it was killing her back and hips. The pillows were also like bricks, not soft and comfortable. So basically we paid £100 to be tortured and come out in pain instead of going away for one night without the kids between Christmas and New Year to relax and unwind in comfort.Avoid staying here if you want a comfortable nights sleep. You could also hear everything in the room, people speaking downstairs, outside the room etc.The waitress in the morning wasn’t attentive at all, we had to go up to the bar and ask about breakfast, she was sorting out bottles in the fridge and just kept on doing that instead of coming to take our order and do the drinks.

Comfortable short stay near Truro

Liked: Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We were greeted by friendly staff who welcomed any questions we had. The ensuite bathroom was clean and had plenty of space. There was an area where a kettle and refreshments were if we wanted a hot drink in our room. We had a small meal in the evening with drinks at a reasonable cost the Sunday Carvery looked incredible! The building itself is very beautiful, it would be interesting to know more about it's history. We would definitely stay again when we are back in Cornwall. Breakfast was very well prepared, hot and tasty. The manageress was extremely helpful and attentive.
Disliked: It was perfect. Thank you!

Will be more than happy...

Liked: Having driven past this pub on many occasions it was nice to finally eb able to stay here and I was not disappointed. Full of character, incredibly friendly staff, delicious food and a room that despite being roadside was perfect for a one night stay whilst away for work.
Disliked: The room wasn't the most up-to-date but this doesn't worry me, bathroom was adequate with a surprisingly good shower.

Very good

Liked: Comfortable bed in a nice room. Friendly staff and good breakfast. It was all we needed for an overnight stay.
Disliked: The bathroom got very steamy. There was no window in the bathroom and the extractor fan was inadequate.
