Excellent room and restaurant.

Liked: Lovely room, very warm, (as was the welcome) quiet, great restaurant and excellent location for accessing Northumberland.
Disliked: Nothing really.

We loved the beautiful room...

Liked: The gentleman who greeted us was lovely and made sure we felt very welcome. We stayed in a beautiful room with a huge bathroom which had lots of thoughtful touches. It was very comfortable and clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The evening meal was fantastic too!
Disliked: The eggs at breakfast were undercooked and the service during dinner wasn’t as friendly as the rest of our stay.

Lovely warm country pub with...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Nice big portions and really good quality food. Good choice and variety. Dining areas were lovely.
