Liked: The location is fantastic, very close to DuPont circle and in a beautiful DC neighborhood. The staff were also very attentive and friendly.
Disliked: The construction of appliances in the room is very haphazard. The toilet holder kept falling off, the shower water would spray all over the water because of a lack of a seal at the bottom of the shower door even when fully closed, and the AC was not very effective the one night that was overly hot during our stay.

Liked: Location is excellent! Bathroom is clean and new but the water pressure was very low in my shower.
Disliked: The carpet smells. There’s no private parking as advertised and was told to park on the street, which was a bit annoying.

Very nice establishment

Liked: The staff here was so hospitable. When you call the hotel, you speak to a person, not a recording and the person is at the facility. When I return to DC I will stay at the Normandy Hotel again.
Disliked: No complaints here from me.

Disliked: Booking. com said parking was available, if walking for 4 blocks to find s public parking spot on the street counts as available. Should have known to check and verify with the property instead of relying on the website for accurate information.
