New and clean hotel close...

Liked: The room and the whole hotel is very clean and well-maintained. The rooms are soundproof. Breakfast very fine. The iron and iron board was provided upon request
Disliked: Maybe a couple of hangers for the clothes and a kettle in the room

Disliked: At the morning shift reception was good one, big thanks to blond girl(forget a name) for guiding through some facilities in lobby.But on the evening I would say it was not a good one. No one from reception provided hotel guidance, where bar, etc are located. I wouldn’t say it’s really terrible, but for the price payed, experience should be better.When I came on the floor, I found that elevator button is broken. Also nobody mentioned that I need to tap a card in elevator to access my floor. When I came to room, ac was not working, no guidance how to switch it on were provided, so I was sleeping with opened window to somehow manage the temperature. No drinking water in the room which is nonsense for the price was payed for a hotel. Room itself clean, but old, so you can see some stains.

Amazing experience and lovely staff

Liked: We loved the hotel! Lovely vibe and decor, cleanliness was on spot and the staff at the hotel was incredibly accommodating towards us an our dog! They gave us water for the dog even without us asking. We loved our stay at the Niu Yen!
Disliked: The room was a bit too small for a couple with a dog, otherwise nothing to complain about!
