Passable

Disliked: There was a party going on in the hotel until 3:30 am and the stuff did not realize. There is bad insulation so you can hear everything happening in next rooms. The room is too tiny so the space between the wall and bed is for super thin people only.

I would never stay there...

Liked: There is nothing to like and its basically a rip off.
Disliked: Very small rooms with no fridge, no room service, no wardrobe basically nothing just a queen bed and a tv. Not even a table. You had to pay 6 euros for a bottle of water or drink tap. There was no other option. Worst hotel experience of my life.

Liked: Superior room good but other rooms very small
Disliked: The all-in-one soap dispenser was empty when woke up to have my morning shower. No telephone in room to make direct/internal call to receptionist. I used my mobile but no one answered the phone, so I had to go downstairs in my night wear. When I came up the digital plastic key didn't work, so I had to go downstairs again. The receptionist said the keys stop working after 11 o'clock despite 12 o'clock check out! He tried to activate the card but it still didn't work, so I had to go downstairs for 3rd time. The receptionist had to come with me to let me in the room. It took ages for someone to come and fill the soap dispenser. When I was telling the manager about all that she walked away on me!! At check out no paper to print my receipt. The receptionist had to change computer but it didn't work, so eventually someone brought some paper from somewhere. Such poor service & walking away from a customer is unacceptable for a hospitality institute.

Disliked: Room was small and looked/smelt like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Website advised a free cot upon request. When we arrived they said it would be 20 euro for a cot to be used for 1 night. Breakfast was very average. You have to pay for parking
