Liked: Everything was very clean!
Disliked: The breakfast was very poor.Just a couple of small croissants, some cheese and coffee and juice. Not worth the cost.

Liked: Modern rooms and nice bathroom. Good but limited parking capacity.
Disliked: Always very long waiting at the reception. Also when buying chips or drinks.

Disliked: We came 1.00 am, hotel was overbooked. Receptionist barely spoko English. On beginning he offered us accommodation in 100km away... at 2.am he offered us accommodation across the town.

Liked: I stay often at the Niu. Everything is good and it is a very fair price.
Disliked: I left a bag in my room with items I had just purchased. I emailed the Niu Sparrow about it, and did not hear back.

Liked: Comfortable room, quick walk into town.
Disliked: Queen sized bed was listed but we received two singles pushed together that didn't stay in place. The water pressure in the shower was terrible and the temperature changed constantly. The body wash provided smelt terrible. There were some strange splatters on the wall that looked like blood (see image attached). There was no kettle, tea or coffee in the room. Our key card stopped working mid way through our stay and it took a long time to amend due to two of the elevators not working. It was very difficult to get to and from our room as a result. Breakfast had a very limited selection, we went a little later and there was only one kind of bread left which was disgusting. There were very limited milk free options for my lactose intolerant boyfriend. The "hot" food (eggs) were almost empty, had gone cold, was watery, rubbery and pretty much inedible. When we got to breakfast many tables were vacant but had not been cleaned. We had to eat on a table with crumbs and bits of food on it. Overall extremely disappointing breakfast, was very cheap but still not worth the price. Go to McDonalds at the train station instead.
