Superb

Liked: Great staff. Comfortable bed, clean room. Good location for roadtriping via Bordeaux.
Disliked: 1st night: One side of the hotel facing a busy highway entrance + its the busiest highway in Bordeaux. So that side need sound isolation, and a lot of it. Couldnt sleep even with earplugs when loud pipe cars and motorcycles accelerated frequent out to the highway all night. 2nd night: Asked for room facing the opposite side (hotel parking/reception), slept 9h straight, without earplugs.

Great and fun stay for...

Liked: Good and quiet location despite busy neighborhood. The rooms were very clean and tidy. Everything was within good reach. Very family friendly with books and games for kids and even a table football (and other games) at the lobby. Ample space to park your car safely too. We had a great time!
Disliked: The parking area behind the hotel is well located but we couldn’t access the lobby through any of the exit doors without having to walk around the hotel and via the main entrance. Some clearer instructions would be helpful.

Liked: there is convenient parking, many restaurants nearby, there is a bar in the lobby. comfortable bed, pillows. good water pressure in the shower.
Disliked: there are a lot of people checking in and only one hotel employee works. we waited more than 15 minutes to check in. the hotel has no flower vases. i had a birthday party, there were flowers that were put in beer mugs. include a couple of bottles of water in the price of your stay! it's a shame for such a hotel that you have to run for water

Never never again Total disgrace

Disliked: Arrived at 22.30h Guys smoking weed and alcoholics on the parking spot where vou pay 15 € . But worse was still to come. Checked inn and everything was prepaid At night, the guy from the reception knocked on my hotel door at 01.00h 03 00h and 05.00h At 5h I opened the door, the guy said the bill was not paid! First I thought it was a drunken hotelguest. And the point is, the bill was already paid when i checked at 06.30h in the morning. Unbelievablle This is unfortunaly not a joke

Liked: There was a good variety at breakfast and all good quality. The service, especially at breakfast was excellent. The hotel wasn't in a tourist area, but was within walking distance of the venue I was visiting for work.

Comfortable hotel with helpful staff

Liked: This was my second stay at the niu and I really like it there. The rooms are comfortable, clean and the shampoo/soap has a nice scent. It’s in perfect proximity to Carlswerk Victoria, the reason for my trips being concerts there.And all the staff I encountered were very kind and helpful.
Disliked: I didn’t book breakfast this time, because I had a hard time finding vegan options my first time staying here. So more vegan options at breakfast - especially savory ones, and clearly labeled - would be much appreciated.
