Liked: Staff were so helpful and nothing was too much.Great location.Lovely roomsBeautifully clean.We were off to a concert at the arena and it was only a £5 uber ride away!

Great location for events in...

Liked: Good location, just a few minutes walk to the tram. Secure parking which was a good price if you are an IHG member. Friendly staff. Modern vibe in reception area. Bar drinks were a reasonable price. Lovely room, comfy beds, nice linen, good bathroom fixtures.
Disliked: Would have preferred a kettle in the room, but communal tea was a good substitute except in the mornings where you want tea in bed. Lighting over the sink/bathroom made shaving difficult because you are in the shadow, but this is a minor issue.

Liked: Great location, near lots of shops and restaurants. The staff were very polite and friendly. The room was perfect for 2 people, beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was perfect. Lots of selections to choose from, loved that they had coffee syrups.
Disliked: I liked everything, would stay again.
