Nice hotel but unfortunate experience

Liked: The Hotel is nice "Hidden" place. The rooms are small but comfortable as well as the bed. The location is good for travelling across the city, near metro station. The parking is available.Some shops and restaurants are around as well. For one-two nights we usually stay at this hotel.
Disliked: Unfortunately during the night there fire alarm was ringing several times leading to evacuation. As I understood ( as the full information and explanation in the end was given only in German, and short version in English) the problem started with someone smoking in the room (not Hotel's fault of course), but then the problem was in a broken alarm - this I consider the Hotel's fault (there should be revisions). I stayed the night in the hotel to get a sleep before long driving home... So the situation was very critical for me.. I would expect some kind of compensation - for example, free breakfast for disturbance - but nothing was offered.

Liked: The hotel is in a great location, only a couple of minutes from the overground station.

Liked: Nice, clean hotel. AC works well.
Disliked: No hot water in the shower, only warm which turns to cold in a few minutes. Pillows are very thin.
