Liked: Easy no fuss check in.Fuzbal table in the lobby.Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: It's stil advartised as Holiday inn. But it's actually branded as "the niu", which is misleading. And not same quality as Holiday inn.One of two lifts was broken all four days of our stay.Shower curtain in our room was missing. Breakfast very monotonous. Coffee machine kept running out of milk.Sofa bed was quite uncomfortable.

Liked: Hygiene and cleanliness is very nice.Location is also good.
Disliked: For the price you pay, they don’t even have basic stuff in the room, like a mini fridge, coffee or complimentary water.You can buy water at a high markup from the reception, and that is all.

Disliked: This is where the nightmare begins! Just half an hour after falling asleep, we were woken up by a swarm of bed bugs biting us! We immediately went downstairs from the 3rd floor to the reception and left the hotel. When we approached the front desk, completely horrified and distressed, the receptionist smirked. He clearly knew about the bed bug situation and casually told me, “That’s just how the hotel is!”The next morning, I went back to ask if there were other guests still staying on the 3rd floor. A different receptionist informed me that it’s not just the 3rd floor—every floor has this bed bug issue. Can you believe that? The entire staff is aware of this problem, yet they continue to accept new guests without fixing it!You can’t imagine the horror of waking up in the middle of the night, feeling something crawling on your neck, only to turn on the lights and see the bed completely infested with bed bugs, crawling from our feet up to our necks! When they got scared, they scattered, but we managed to record videos showing just how many were there—too many to count!The staff’s attitude was terrible. All they offered was a refund, and after I emailed them for a proper resolution, it’s been 10 days with no reply! The worst part? No formal apology at all. They just told us it’s "normal" and that bed bugs are to be expected!I hope my review helps you in your decision-making. I strongly advise you to stay away from this place!

Bad experience bad location.

Liked: nothing. regret choosing it.
Disliked: I didn't like the hotel it's expensive and not value for money by all means, no kettle nor a mini bar nor a closet in the room which I find them basic things.

The worst ever

Disliked: The reception was totally rude. The breakfast was nothing to write home about. The rooms were not fully cleaned . And it’s very super far from the city i would never go there
