Pathetic night staff only on...

Liked: Aziz & Theresia were real helpful and kind staff members
Disliked: The girls in the night shift on 10th of January 2025 evening around 8:pm staff were too loud and playing thier own songs too loud from thier phones and not so helpful specially when our guest came to see us they did also notice & mention that they were laying on the couch with their feet on the couch which made it feel yuck

Liked: Good location. Big and comfortable beds. Functional bathroom.
Disliked: Room giving an impression that it’s not very clean, stains and traces on the carpet, the bathroom door wasn’t staying closed except if locked up. Staff sometimes refuse to prepare a coffee if going to the room, as “people constantly spill it”. I was there a few years ago and stayed on a very good impression and used the opportunity to be back in the city to stay over again, not sure I’ll do the same next time.

Disliked: We did not have a small kettle for tea and coffee facilities in the room. I do think this is a must in a room. Also we did not have a mini refrigerator in the room. Other than these two things, all is perfect
