Liked: The airconditioning was not working during two separate stays at the hotel, two weeks apart. This was in the summer and the rooms were too hot. The hotel staff said there was a mechanical issue. It seems odd they could not repair the unit within the two weeks between my stays.

Liked: Hotel staff was perfect. Gave info about getting around the city and places to visit. Everything was nice, clean and modern. Really enjoyed it.

Disliked: The room wasn’t very clean. We were told if we skipped cleaning we would get a drink at the bar - we never got that drink. The first night we arrived quite late and the person at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. Told us there was no parking when there clearly was. When we went back at 7am as we had to move the car from street parking the new person at the desk was confused when we said the parking was full and where we could we park. Turns out there was parking available and for whatever reason the person that first night didn’t want to help us. I arrived with crutches and he didn’t even offer to turn on the lift so I had to climb up some steps with my bag instead. Any questions we had were greeted with annoyance and disinterest. The staff the following days was much more pleasant but the initial arrival as well as the cleanliness of the room didn’t make it a great experience.
