Liked: there was not refrigerator for a premium room nor a kettle with two glasses no basic amenities where provided. and the staff kept ignoring us for 10mins until it was an absolute for them to notice us

Avoid this hotel!

Liked: Got threatened with being arrested for asking for toilet paper and a fresh towel, had to stand up for myself and tell the night shift guy to stop his nonsense and stop being rude.Another night shift staff member appeared to be intoxicated/ high. Same staff member was unable to provide me with an invoice when checking out. He was barely able to function or communicate in a!proper manner. Night shift staff treated us all extremely badly.Hotel property and rooms are great for our purposes but night shift staff are horrendous.
