Liked: Overall, it worked for a one-night stay, but we wouldn’t choose this hotel again. Some improvements in customer service and upkeep would go a long way.
Disliked: We stayed here for one night after a late flight to Bari, as a quick stopover before heading to another location. While the hotel served its purpose, the experience was less than ideal. The staff was not helpful regarding airport transport—despite a delayed flight and our inquiries, they offered no solutions or assistance. When we arrived at the airport, there were no taxis available, and the hotel reception didn’t even pick up the phone at midnight. After waiting for 45 minutes, we were lucky to find a taxi on our own finally.The hotel didn’t quite feel like a 4-star property; the room was a bit worn out, although the balcony and view were nice. Breakfast was fine but nothing memorable, and the crowded dining area didn’t help. Unfortunately, the eggs were inedible.

Liked: We were exceedingly please wit;h the entire hotel. Breakfast was fantastic. Huge selection of food for every palate..... the entire hotel was great and no complaints only paraise. Sorry to have left

Disliked: Bar area was not open late and rooftop bar only available for private hire.

Exactly what you want from...

Liked: Modern, clean, efficient. Staff were very good. Rooms very comfortable and modern. Under- hotel car parking too. Oh and THE BREAKFAST. Best ever spread, incredible and very healthy options too, total opposite to a US hotel. Didn’t want to get up and get on with the day!
Disliked: Nothing
