Disliked: Exactly as expected. They offered bagels and coffee in the morning, which I didn't partake in.

Nice n cozy

Liked: A very nice boutique hotel with all amenities needed, clean and comfortable. So colorful and perks of having breakfast included and free parking were just on the spot.Parking spaces were enough and breakfast included bagels and cream cheese along with tea and coffee
Disliked: Location is not on the beach as it says on booking. Location wasn't bad still, but it's totally not a heath hotel.

Worthwhile stay!

Liked: Nice room. We’ were early in the hotel becuz we came of a cruiseship but we got an early room after asking
Disliked: Nothing

Huge street noise closed to...

Liked: The parking lots are pretty close to my room.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the room they assigned to me is towards to the Biscayne Blvd. During the late evening, I still can hear huge noises made by vehicles clearly. I can not tolerate but to purchase the earplug after the first stay. Also, the water flow comes from the faucet is relatively weak which makes the user so inconvenient.

Liked: I love the feel and vibes of the rooms. This was my second time in a 2 month period staying there. Now anytime I am in the area-this will be my go-to destination for hotel stay. The paintings and murals in the courtyard are perfect for photo backgrounds.
Disliked: I do wish the onsite restaurant was open(closed for reno) but there were cute little restaurants within walking distance for dining
