We ate at the hotel restaurant. The bed was comfortable. The room was a nice size and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We valet parked our car and it was taken good care of. We would stay at the Wyndham again.

It's a very old hotel but it is in a fantastic location for Manhattan. The price is exceptional for a NYC hotel and it is a clean, safe place to stay. Rooms were a little small but wouldn't stop me from staying again. Friendly staff.

Disliked: They charge you 5 dollars per each piece of luggage you leave once you check out and want to take a final look or final shopping before you leave the city

Liked: Bed comfortable, convenient coffee and restaurant in lobby, gym facilities pretty decent.
Disliked: Water temperature was absolutely awful. Temperate changing constantly, cannot have more than a few seconds of peace in the shower.

Liked: The New Yorker is in a perfect location, with the bonus of having a 24-hour restaurant within.
Disliked: I paid extra for a room with a view, but my room had a very tiny window, overlooking a cardboard I reminded the front desk clerk at check-in and he told me they were all sold out and couldn't change. We could also hear every time our neighbors showered, via the faucets.

Disliked: 25th. floor need to be remodel, heating in room makes a clicking sound when in operation, I couldn't sleep, I had to shut dow the heating (air conditioner ) and the room got very cold l, told the staff but never fix it .
