Liked: Very cute motel. The room was very clean and newly renovated.Bed was super comfortable. Owner was friendly and does a nice job maintaining the grounds. It’s a nice touch having a chair and sitting bench outside each room. It’s reasonably close to shopping and Olean.

Liked: Easy roadside stop in rural NY. Staff is outstanding, just the nicest people. Clean, comfortable room.
Disliked: Walls are a little thin but noise not an issue at night.

Liked: Clean, relaxing. No bright city lights.
Disliked: It would have been nice to know what time the continental breakfast would be served. We were around till 7:30 am bc and no sign of it, so we left.
