Not worth the money

Liked: Good location
Disliked: We were charged a resort fee which is fine if you get snytjing for it they said it’s for the pool and WiFi but the pool was to freezing cold to get in and no hot tub so most places don’t charge that in the winter. The shower in our room didn’t have hot water so they sent maintenance over when I went to ask what the deal was after he looked they said you just have to run it for 25 minutes and then it’ll get to 113 . They said that’s just the way it is and offered to take the resort fee off for not having a shower. Over priced for as run down as it is. What they show online is nothing like how it is in person. They have a coffee bar but rarely open even though the hours show it should be.

Liked: I like the view and beachfront.
Disliked: The coffee bar was not open. No housekeeping. The people in the surrounding units were slamming doors because there are no door closers to prevent slamming doors. In addition loud kids. The place could use a complete update.

Liked: The location and water view was excellent. Enjoyed the balcony in the room and the beach bar was great.
Disliked: The rooms could use updating. I would have liked a hot tub.

Liked: Was pretty disappointed! the pictures definitely make everything look way nicer! the property was very clean but there was absolutely nothing to do unless you had a boat or your own jet skies we tried to rent one of their jet skies out but they weren’t “ready to be rented out” the inflatable waterpark that was shown on pictures was also not up.

Liked: The view, having a bar/restaurant on site.
Disliked: Not having a sidewalk to the Island walking path. Would prefer a safer way to get to the path other than walking on the road or soft gravel.

Disliked: The people above our room walked back and forth from 1:00 am continuing until 9:00 am. One day they walked so much that I woke up with a Headache. I couldn't understand how someone could walk from one end of the Hotel room to the other when it's not tha big of a hotel room. In fact Not only are the walking but attires stopping to (what sounded like) opening a closet door, andvdiggin around in a closet knocking things over, like they were searching for something, and then returning to walking again. Not the mention their steps was heavy and loud. Almost like a 500 lb person was up there walking back and forth. The other thing that bothered us was the water pipes, all night long we could hear the water Gurgling through the water pipes as (what I assume was) the water draining, and it was loud. Came there for Relaxation not to be kept up at night by gurgling water pipes, abd people constantly walking back and forth!
