Peaceful and comfortable

Liked: Great place! Set well back from the busy road, great staff, comfy bed, large rooms, and good value.
Disliked: We cycled The Awa River trail, so just be aware that you need to cycle a couple hundred meters up the busy Airport Rd. It had a reasonable verge though, but be aware cars are driving past at 100kms+.

Liked: I nice little get away spot in the woods, the property was secluded (in a good way) and spacious.
Disliked: Road noise was the only thing that made this place not feel like you had escaped for a retreat, although it decreased at night and I didn’t notice it when we slept.
