Lovely old Victorian bed and...

Liked: The staff at the Napa Inn were extremely friendly and the location is great. It’s an easy walk to downtown Napa with its many restaurants, wine tasting rooms and shops. Some of the facilities could use a little freshening up. For example, there was some obvious wood rot on a couple of the steps up to our room. But it wasn’t unsafe and didn’t impact our enjoyment.

Liked: Comfortable bed. Walkable to downtown for dinner. OK breakfast.
Disliked: This B&B was disappointing, The decor was tired and old and in need of updating. Room was poorly appointed. Breakfast was fair. Would not return.

Great value and location

Liked: Location was great. Having a fridge and coffee maker was convenient, wine was really good. Comfortable bed. Off street parking was a plus.
Disliked: Darker window shades would be nice. Breakfast took an hour and half but was delicious.

Liked: The stafff was excellent. They called ahead of time to check on any needs we may have, whether we were celebrating and wanted wine in the room, etc. The wait staff ( one woman, unfortunaely) was also excellent. Breakfast very nice and plentiful.
Disliked: The only thing I can criticize is that, like a lot of older BnB type hotels, the room is a little crowded when they try to cram a king bed, jaccuzzi and period furniture into the room space of those older houses. Feels a little cluttered.
