Incredible staff! Desk, bellman, shuttle...

Liked: The building was beautiful. Not ultra luxurious but warm, cozy, comfortable, and clean. Very good location….close to ferry, residential neighborhoods, shops, restaurants.
Disliked: Some of the furnishings in the suite could be updated a little. The ottoman in front of couch was pretty old and needed to be replaced. Side chair was pretty tired too but couch was nice!

Liked: Many of the light bulbs were out! Other than that a very enjoyable stay!

Liked: they changed me when I noticed them I unexpectedly had to change due to surgery. The management never offered a service recovery
