Try to have low expectations...

Liked: It is a beautiful property near a very nice small town.
Disliked: The tour was terrible. The guide seemed like he was trying to be an actor in a play. And he was not keen on discussing the most interesting aspects of the property. We were looking forward to a nice dinner on the property but because it was a Sunday the restaurant was not open. So we had to drive into town. But the worst thing was the room was no ready when they said it would be. They told us to go sit in the garden and would call when it was ready. But no call came. I went to see what the problem was and they said they were too busy to call. I am sure there were other rooms they could have given us but I guess no one went to get hotel training. Just seemed like amateur hour and when you are paying a premium price this is ridiculous. Bottom line - nice property but very poorly trained staff throughout. Shameful

Liked: Relaxing, friendly staff very helpful. Beautiful scenery and the chance of seeing a ghost
Disliked: Absolutely nothing it was a very good experience me & my wife will remember
