Liked: The concierge was terrific and very friendly.
Disliked: One day our bedroom was not cleaned.

Disliked: The hotel's Wi-Fi is not good.

A pleasant vacation that exceeded...

Liked: We didn't have breakfast because we woke up late every day.The location is very convenient. Turn left and walk 200 meters to Times Square. It is very close to every subway entrance.
Disliked: The equipment in the guest rooms is relatively old, and the fan noise of the air conditioner is a bit loud.

Super value if you want...

Liked: Very nice rooms - beds decent size and pillows super comfy. Bathroom facilities good. Great lighting for putting on makeup. Very friendly reception staff. Well equipped gym for a short stay. Super location if you want to be near Times Square/Midtown area. Noise from street not too bad, which for Times Square is good, but we did have aircon units from neighbouring buildings under our window and that was like a constant loud hum. Maybe book a room on a higher floor (we were on 7th) for a quieter room. Filtered water available free of charge. Good value for money.
Disliked: No coffee/tea making options in room or even hotel. The restaurant/bar area has closed down. Very noisy Aircon. Luckily we didn't need to use it but we did turn it on once and the noise was deafening! Not a chance of sleeping through that.

Exceptional

Liked: Everything about the hotel was great.
Disliked: The fans were a little loud when turning on the heater. Prefer to have a microwave in the room or at least in a common area since there is no restaurant in the building.

Liked: Very nice hotel w/ very nice rooms and friendly staff. Conveniently located to good subway lines. Perhaps a little too close to Times Square’s insanity for our taste.
