Nice modern hotel with comfy...

Liked: Friendly staff, central location and comfy beds! Beautifully decorated modern rooms. Very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing short stay. A quick walk to everything. Very convenient. We had views over to the new stadium and hills beyond from the 6th floor.

Superb

Liked: The sunny wide window made the room very pleasant. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom door was a barn style which had a full length view mirror which was handy to view outfit ones outfit. Pod coffee machine added bonus. Close to a tram stop and a block away to the bus interchange.

Pleasant

Liked: The fun art on the walls and the bedding and couch very comfortable.
Disliked: Got sick after eating at the rooftop bar above the hotel. But otherwise the actual hotel was very lovely.

Disappointing

Liked: Really nice room and location.
Disliked: Room wasn’t well cleaned. A women’s bra left behind the curtains when I arrived and rubbish and receipts behind there too dated from over a month ago… staff didn’t seem to care as all they said is that it’s unusual for us. No offer to compensate at all which was disappointing.

Disliked: A New hotel ! Not boutique style, bed was comfortable but the fit out of the hotel is cheap. Three stars. Breakfast at the cafe next door was good!

Modern hotel in perfect location...

Liked: The staff, the comfortable bed, the location, the interior fitout, the cleanliness.
Disliked: Our bedroom was east facing and was unbearably hot in the morning. The heat pump was not able to go any lower than 19degrees so we couldn’t cool the room down and I left the room drenched in sweat with a headache from being so dehydrated in the morning. The hallway was cooler than the room. Also we couldn’t get the TV android casting to work. It seemed like all the smarttv features had been locked, I messaged the front desk for help but was just told to use the android app and we couldn’t get it to work.
