Liked: Hotel was so lovely. Staff were friendly professional and so helpful. Especially Alisha-a perfect host. I visited with my older mum and aunt and they loved the calmness and quietness of the hotel. Would stay again

Liked: Lovely room in peaceful location with access to nearby spa at other hotel in group
Disliked: Attention to detail at breakfast on day 1. Had to ask for items twice and white toast came instead of brown at which point we gave up. Excellent service day 2 and no toast at all on day 3. Dinner menu could have included some healthier options. Better experience however than the dinner at Hydro

Lovely stay and great service...

Liked: All very good service. food was excellent ,staff were friendly and helpful. All very quiet but stone throw from the hydro and all the facilities so best of both worlds. After dinner at the hydro and some entertainment I had a nice walk back to the hotel.
Disliked: N/A
