Will book again.

Liked: The hotel, staff and the location in the city centre are undoubtedly the winners.
Disliked: Breakfast was let down only by most guests attending around the same time (10am) with queues that were well managed but had an adverse quality of the items on the buffet (some had to be replenished but there was a delay) and the staff couldn't deal with everyone at once. That experience only slightly detracted from an enjoyable short stay. I will book again if the rates are favourable.

Pleasant

Liked: The building was gorgeous and the location was great.
Disliked: The towels and bed sheets were stained and ripped and even after we got replacements this was still the case.The room has also not been cleaned properly, there was dirt on the floor and walls from the previous guests.

Wonderful relaxing 2 night stay...

Liked: Lovely hotel, beautifully decorated inside & out for christmas. Wonderfully comfy room & bed, tastiest breakfast, which was so very relaxing even though staff were busy arranging tables for a very busy Christmas lunch event, we still didn’t feel rushed.
Disliked: Nothing
