Disappointed by the bar being...

Liked: The location is good and the bar is very elegant and the cocktails I tried were lovely.
Disliked: I booked the hotel because of the beautiful bar but on check in,It was closed for a private party on the first night - paying guests were not allowed in. I hadn’t been told in advance. Also housekeeping was poor. Shampoo.,Tea and biscuits not restocked. I had to ring reception a couple of times. The hotel had run out of the packets of biscuits, staff rustled some up on a plate.

Was really disappointed that something...

Liked: Good location friendly staff good selection at breakfast.
Disliked: Toilet was broken in en suite unable to flush a foul ourdour coming from the whole bathroom and drains. Expensive pricing at the bar.
