Liked: Friendly, professional staff; little touches to make guests feel special Including a Personalized handwritten note upon arrival along with some chocolates. My own Nespresso maker with real coffee cups., robes and slippers, quiet rooms, and a great location in old town next to the river and a spectacular view of the palace & cathedral. The view was particularly stunning at night.

Liked: The hotel was in a prime location. The staff was the absolute friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever experienced and I travel often.
Disliked: Not a thing. If we ever return to Prague, I would never stay anywhere else.

Liked: We were upgraded and our room was just wonderful. Amazing views and comfort
Disliked: the smoke from the steak restaurant did spread around the ground floor of the hotel which prevented us from using the bar in the evening. Other than that we had no complaints at all, just perfect!

The staff is genuine and...

Liked: The property is unique and has great history. The location cannot be beat. The staff was always willing to help and very available. They also accommodated us with a better room since we required an elevator and did not charge us for the upgrade. I didn’t even have to ask! They anticipated what was needed and exceeded our expectations.
