Very nice hotel. Friendly staff....

Disliked: I smoke. I have to leave early for work. I went outside to smoke early 5am. Tried to get back in hotel afterwards. The card reader for access didn't work. Rung the door bell. No one came to open the door. I rang the door bell and knocked on the front door for 30 minutes. Finally woke up the front desk attendant, who opened the door. Informed them of the card access not working. Then I was informed it hadn't worked in months. And didn't receive an apology once I informed the attendant I was trying to get in for 30 minutes.
