Disliked: Longer happy hours at Mrs potters Advertised movie channels unavailable

Overally a great stay and...

Liked: Such a cool and stylish boutique. It was a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Looks exactly like the pictures. The robes and complimentary waters/snack in the room were a nice touch. Great espresso martinis from the bar.
Disliked: Slippers were not provided with the robes. It also took a while to find a parking lot nearby that allowed overnight parking so some direction or information on that would have been really helpful. Nothing major.

Good to stay outside of...

Liked: Good location, efficient check in and check out, helpful bar staff.
Disliked: I sent a message with a room request a few days earlier, got no response. At check in, room not as requested so send a message to the hotel. Jamie there was not very helpful and mentioned how that hotel were not prepared to help Booking.com Genius Level 3 clients. Overall however we got on with it and enjoyed our time there.

Liked: A really cool boutique hotel, located right in front of a tram stop so very easy to get around Melbourne. Loved the vibes and everything was immaculate.
Disliked: A little expensive, but very much worth the cost for the experience.
