Nice hotel, with great staff...

Liked: Fantastic location. Large room. Comfortable bed. Great towels. Big bathroom with separate shower and bath.Friendly helpful staff. Good quality food.
Disliked: Very cold…radiators not on/working in lounge area nor dining room. Heating in room off overnight and not back on until 8.30/09.00 far too late. Difficult to change shower temperature as tap rotated to no effect.

Excellent customer service

Liked: Lovely hotel. Nice rooms. We unexpectantly needed to leave early in the morning before breakfast service began but the staff were so helpful in ensuring we had access to a continental breakfast as soon as they arrived for work, fantastic customer service above-and-beyond.
Disliked: Had a heating problem in part of the hotel so was a little cool but not cold and staff explained about this.

Liked: 3rd time I have visited. Lovely place with old world charm mixed with modern amenities
Disliked: Unfortunately there was t enough hot water when I went for a bath in the evening. But it was piping hot in the morning.
