Liked: Lovely large room on first floor with king bed and two murphy beds, desk, extra sink outside bathroom, well-appointed bathroom, great pressure in shower, two terry robes, very good coffee, breakfast provided, extremely comfortable, everything very neat and spic and span, great location adjacent to Davis Square and the subway (can easily get to South Station in Boston on the Red Line), very nice hosts -

A wonderful place, easy to...

Liked: This is a little gem of a place to stay in an area that felt very safe to walkaround at night. The owners were away on holiday when we arrived and so their friend Marc was in charge, he was a lovely ,knowledgeable friendly and chatty man who made us very welcome. Our room was large and clean with a fringe, small table/desk and en suite. The bed was large and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but tasty offering of fresh coffee, toast, fruit salad, eggs, yoghurts and homemade cake. Being British the idea of sharing a large table for breakfast with the other guests was something that we would not normally do, but it was a wonderful idea and we meet some very interesting and lovely people. It was a couple of minutes walk from an underground station which made getting into the city extremely easy. If I return to Boston, then I will be staying here again.
Disliked: nothing.

Disliked: Usually Bed & Breakfast hosts are in evidence and offer advice about nearby facilities. The hosts were hardly in evidence.

Liked: The host was delightful , the outside space was comfortable and the room lively with comfortable beds. We had a self-serve breakfast with delicious home-baked goodies.
Disliked: One bed was a little soft but otherwise nocomplaints!!

Worth every penny, will absolutely...

Liked: Was absolutely beautiful, weather was perfect so we slept with the windows open. Breakfast was nice and quiet, room was cozy and within walking distance to Davis Square which was amazing.
Disliked: Loved everything about it!
