Amazing location but lacked attention...

Liked: The location was great and we received an upgraded quiet room at the back of the property.
Disliked: It was not as expected. We were upgraded when we arrived which we were very happy about however the room didn’t feel clean and the furniture wasn’t great, the mirror on the wardrobe was smashed in two places. The bedding was clean but the throw pillows were stained and didn’t feel clean. The walls had scuffs and makeup marks all over. Our bedroom window backed into someone’s balcony so we kept the curtains closed the entire trip. Again the bathroom just didn’t feel clean and the water never drained when the shower was on. We also left the room all day and we arrived back at 5pm and we couldn’t access our room as the cleaner was still sorting it which wasn’t a huge issue but we just felt it was late for the cleaner to still be doing rooms.

Liked: Travelled on a long haul flight 09.35 cleaner entered my room did not knock said sorry I thought you checked out what a joke I would never stay there again and would not recommend it if you need a nice sleep in .
Disliked: Being woken .

Liked: staff was lovely , room was clean cosy and tidy , location is right beside temple bar taxis are not needed here
